We were founded by Dr. Cheri Givens, a polymath whose work lives at the intersection of technology, ethics, and human dignity. Her journey began in the 1970s, when three executives taught her to code after hours, an unlikely start that became a five-decade career spanning healthcare technology, generative AI education, and AI ethics. She holds a PhD and a roster of credentials including Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner, CertNexus Ethical AI Practitioner, Google AI Professional, and Google Cybersecurity.

But credentials only tell part of the story. What organizations value most is her rare ability to make sense of a fast-moving, often overwhelming field, and to do it with wisdom rather than hype. She has trained hundreds of learners in responsible AI, and she brings that same patient, practical clarity to every client.

 

Our approach is built on two proprietary frameworks. R.E.S.T. (Responsibility, Explainability, Stewardship, and Transparency) keeps ethics at the center of every recommendation. P.A.U.S.E. (Pray, Assess, Understand, Steward, and Execute) gives organizations a disciplined, values-first path from curiosity to confident action.
